Aaron Draplin has been a fiercely independent designer since 2004, and isn’t going back anytime soon. His company, The Draplin Design Co. (DDC), has worked with clients including Nike, Wired, Dinosaur Jr, Sub Pop Records, Fender, Marc Maron, Jill Soloway, Bernie Sanders, Patagonia, Target, Chris Stapleton, NASA/JPL, Ford Motor Company, Woolrich and the Obama Administration. He lives and works out of a backyard shop in an undisclosed location on the mean streets of Portland, Oregon.
